These inserts (repurposed 100 % wool) naturally warm your feet in the winter and cool them in the summer, providing aeration with each movement of the foot. Machine washable and air-dry.  Please note each pair is handmade, sized approximately to standard US men’s and women’s shoe sides and can be trimmed for a custom fit.
